About Us

Frank Rus is our first director of King Homes with over 30 years of trade experience and a Domestic Builders Unlimited Licence. Frank now overlooks every job from start to finish, he has no trouble in making sure all tasks are completed in an upmost manner. With such a long back ground in the industry, his knowledge and skills are second to none.

Christine Rus is our second director of King Homes, with just as many years in the industry as her husband Frank, she now takes care of just about everything from bookwork to site inspections and trade organising and is also a member of the HIA.

Dean Rus is our third director of King Homes with 12 years full time experience in the industry and many years before that growing up. He now has completed his certificate IV in building & construction management (domestic) and has recently got his Domestic Builders Manager Licence and he is also a member of the HIA.

While this is a short outline of our directors the list would keep going with staff having great skills also.

We have found over the years what materials are good and not so good this is from watching industry trends and phases and we think some of our more traditional conservative methods of construction create an outstanding job with less hassles in the future.
